Duties

- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes

- Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction

-Check units after cleanings and before next guest check in.

-Schedule posts and organize content

Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Proficiency in Airbnb, VRBO, Instagram and in Google Suite applications for email communication, document creation, and data management - Experience in sales or marketing, with knowledge of email marketing strategies and techniques - Familiarity with marketing principles and practices, including market research and analysis - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks such as creating promotional materials or social media graphics - Strong copywriting skills for creating engaging content for marketing materials or website updates - Knowledge of budgeting principles to assist with financial planning for marketing campaigns or events - Understanding of advertising strategies, including online advertising platforms and SEO best practices If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you.
