Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, overseeing software projects from start to finish, managing and motivating software developers and other team members. They are responsible for increasing predictability, transparency and reliability of software and services delivery. The Project Manager will consistently deliver exceptional service to stakeholders and clients through excellent project management and creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage team performance
· Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
· Collaborate with IT and business management to establish priorities
· Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables. All projects will be reviewed, assigned and monitored by the Project Manager.
· Report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels according to the project work plan
· Support projects during promotion to production and hypercare period, including off-hours and weekend.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Working Experience
· 4 years of experience managing development of scalable enterprise software
· 2 years of managing teams with a development organization
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to build strong relationships within teams
· Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
· Experience with Microsoft technology
