Product Content Specialist/Coordinator
Freelance, Ongoing, 40 hours a week
Hybrid in Rosemont Area
Targeted Start Date: ASAP

Our client is comprised of dozens of categories and sub categories and line extensions. With such a broad array of products to offer it is imperative that the product content be accurate. In order to do that the Product Content Specialist will be managing product lists, working with vendors to ensure accuracy of content, and responding to vendor questions and inquiries as their products are posted to our client’s platform.

Day in the life:

Must have:

• Content Analysis: Review content and make sure all content is received and accurately entered. Be able to communicate what is missing.
• Vendor Communication: On a daily basis, this person will be training vendors on how to utilize their system and answer adhoc questions, etc.
• Vendor Management: Make sure products are properly published and if not, figure out how to get it resolved.
• Ability to track projects, communicate and figure out what is missing.

To be considered for this role, here is what we are seeking:

• Strong Communication, relationship building skills
• Solid Excel when it comes to VLookUps and Pivot Table
• CMS experience, ideally SharePoint
• Product/Data management experience overseeing SKUs in 100’s to 1000’s (ideally 3-5 years of experience)
• Account management experience
• Customer service minded
• Detail oriented
