The Digital Content Specialist I researches, coordinates, edits and integrates the work of writers and designers to produce layouts that meet established branding and style guidelines.     • Understand business requirements and design solutions to fit them using service-now modules and custom apps.
    • Hands-on experience developing and customizing and/or extending the following ServiceNow features:
    • Workflow – creating and updating.
    • Creation and update of catalog items
    • Notifications
    • Data loading, mapping, and transforming.
    • Approval steps
    • Client-side scripts
