What You’ll Do:
The Digital Specialist has a primary focus on following up, booking, and confirming digital leads. The purpose will be to treat these leads with the same importance as a live call in.  This person will perform outbound calls to book new customer leads not generated by an inbound call. The Digital Specialist is the first touch with the customer and sets the company up for success throughout our relationship. The priority for this position is to book the call, and have a positive impact on the customer. This position is responsible for providing a positive white glove concierge experience that is consistent with the service the customer will receive throughout the entire process. Overall, making the experience easy  for our external customers by being pleasant, professional and by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the customer experience department.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:  

What We’d Like You to Have:
Proficiency with MS Office products.  Preferred 2 years’ experience in customer service with high call volume.
