    Your Role
    As our Digital Content Marketing Specialist, you'll shape and drive our online presence across Tonic and BOLD brands. Through a mix of social media savvy, email campaigns, compelling content creation, and data analysis, you'll connect with our audience, nurture customer relationships, and fuel our growth in the FinTech industry.     Key Responsibilities

    • Social Media: Craft engaging posts, strategically schedule content, and actively interact with our online community to build brand awareness and loyalty.
    • Email Marketing: Develop email campaigns, manage lists, and track results to nurture client relationships and generate leads.
    • Content Creation: Write compelling blog posts, website copy, and diverse marketing materials, collaborating with industry experts on key topics.
    • Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze content performance, identify trends, and propose strategic adjustments to enhance our digital presence.
    • Stay on the cutting edge by exploring and leveraging new digital marketing tools, including AI-powered solutions.
    • Collaborative Projects: Actively participate in a diverse array of marketing initiatives, including collaborative projects and occasional industry or company events, bringing your creativity and marketing expertise to the table.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in digital marketing and content management.
    • Strong writing and communication skills.
    • Basic knowledge of SEO practices.
    • Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., SEMrush).
    • Experience with email marketing platforms, preferably Mailchimp.
    • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Eagerness to become an expert on the POS and Payment Processing industries.
    • Existing familiarity with hospitality POS is a plus. 
    • Basic video editing or graphic design abilities are a plus.
