Your Role:

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to enhance the online presence of NCAB Group USA. This role requires a tech-savvy and detail-oriented individual who can manage content distribution, measure campaign effectiveness, conduct A/B testing, and implement new marketing technology tools to create awareness and drive lead generation. This role will be located at our local office, we are a hybrid workforce, after onboarding/training you will be allowed to work from home for 1-2 days/week as we believe the magic happens when you get to engage with your peers in a face to face environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute digital content distribution strategies across various channels including social media, email, Google Ads, banners, online platforms.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Conduct A/B testing on digital campaigns to optimize content and improve conversion rates.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient and accurate distribution of leads generated through digital channels.
• Assist Marketing Director with event planning (sales meetings, speaking engagements, trade shows, etc.)
• Create and distribute marketing collateral.
• Creating, managing, and updating mailing and subscriber lists.
• Developing and coordinating various marketing activities
• Contribute and collaborate with Global marketing teams.
