Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Butte, MT
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
Build and manage comprehensive paid media, paid search, and paid social media campaigns in support of our domestic and international sales team.
Sharpen and adjust Digital Marketing Strategy based upon digital metrics and Key Performance Indicators for maximum effectiveness in Brand Awareness and Lead Generation.
Develop marketing collateral, including images, videos, and text copy for paid media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Develop and present data for relevant email campaigns using Salesforce and Google Analytics.

Qualifications:
BS in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
Technology Savvy Skills are Imperative, BS in Engineering or Physics is a plus.
4-8 Years of Successful Experience in a Digital Marketing role or equivalent.
Creative capabilities (creative writing, graphics, audio, and video) are essential.
Experience with Salesforce, Programmatic advertising, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Pardot, and LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager.
Relocation or Currently Living in Butte or surrounding area and able to commute reliably to Butte location.
This position is on-site, not remote or hybrid.
Impeccable attention to detail, good organizational skills, and an ability to work independently.
