Our Digital Marketing Intern will have the unique opportunity to gain experience in four distinct digital marketing disciplines all in one internship.

1. Performance Marketing
   1. Managing paid media to drive awareness, traffic, and conversion.
2. Conversion Rate Optimization
   1. Testing the effectiveness of website content and features.
3. Marketing Operations
   1. Managing complex campaigns and messaging across the entire marketing organization.
4. Loyalty Marketing
   1. Retaining existing customers and increasing their lifetime value.

Qualifications

A good candidate for this internship:  

• Has an interest in pursuing a career in Marketing, Advertising or Marketing Analytics.
• Creative – Ability to think out of the box and create innovating ideas for campaigns
• Strong communication skills – Verbal and non-verbal
• Analytical - Can analyze data, interpret metrics, and draw meaningful insights
• Digital literacy – Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and email marketing is a plus.
• Enthusiasm - A genuine interest in marketing, along with a passion for learning
