Our client, a leader in the heavy equipment industry, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to bolster their digital product offerings across various technology platforms. This role is pivotal in using data analytics and visualization tools to elevate business efficiency and enhance product value.

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and refine data-driven solutions, optimizing the value of digital and machine products within the web platform.
• Translate complex customer and dealer requirements into actionable data insights, creating clear and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment of short-term actions with long-term strategic objectives.
• Conceptualize and articulate new product features and improvements, informed by a deep understanding of industry trends and customer feedback.

Technical Skills Required:

• Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools, including PowerBI, Tableau, or MATLAB/Simulink.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, capable of sophisticated data manipulation and presentation.
• Proven experience in developing tailored information-based solutions for the heavy equipment industry or similar fields.
• Strong blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, with a proven track record of driving project results.

Soft Skills Required:

• Ability to conduct informal presentations and lead technical discussions in a manner that is accessible to a diverse audience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience in sectors such as earthmoving equipment, automotive, or telematics solutions, focusing on the application of technology to address business challenges.
