Digital Marketing Analyst supports the digital marketing strategy by implementing programs and tactics to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence. Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website. Being a Digital Marketing Analyst develops, curates, and deploys compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales. Prepares and launches social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns. Additionally, Digital Marketing Analyst collects and analyzes online statistics to identify marketplace trends and best practices to optimize online marketing performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Digital Marketing Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Our ideal candidate is someone who's values and beliefs align with ours, "thinks outside the box" and has experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you must also have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
This is a permanent employee position with our team. We are NOT looking to hire a freelancer or to subcontract with other marketing businesses.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Potential for benefits (medical and dental) after one year of successful employment.
Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:- Designing, creating and managing all aspects of digital marketing
- Implementing and monitoring campaign budgets
- Managing our SEO and all social media platforms
- Presenting reports on our marketing campaign’s performance
- Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our SEO, website traffic, service quotas, and target audience
- Brainstorming new and innovative growth strategies
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field - or able to demonstrate work experience equal to
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms, best practices, keywords, and website analytics
- Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate
- Ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends
- Strong project management and managerial skills
- Solid understanding of SEO, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
