WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The Digital Marketing Strategist is a key position at Jensen Precast. You’ll develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to promote company products and solutions for customers while continuously enhancing brand awareness.

Reporting to our Director, Brand, Creative, and Communications, you’ll collaborate with cross functional teams for design ideation and content messaging to leverage audience segmentation, buyer personas, and content lifecycle management strategies to connect with target audiences.

A highlight of your day-to-day will include:  

• Digital Strategy: Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and brand awareness. Setting clear and sustainable goals, tactics, strategies, and deliverables to drive sales leads and brand recognition with target audiences. Ensuring digital design assets are aligned with cohesive content for optimal customers experiences. Monitoring and analyzing performance to report ongoing results to internal stakeholders.
• Campaign Execution: Optimizing marketing campaigns based on business and department goals through collaboration with team members on digital advertising procurement, email demand generation, social media strategy, and other customer engagement channels. Providing analytics on performance and strategies for future goals to impact results.
• Graphic Design: Creating engaging digital assets based on company, campaign, product, and/or business channel brand guidelines. Leveraging existing marketing assets and suggesting new creatives to drive customer engagement with delightful experiences. Ensuring design, messaging, and digital templates are maintained, organized, and represented in a library.
• Project Management: Collaborating with team members and internal stakeholders to determine project goals, deliverables, and deadlines. Managing timelines with content providers, agencies, and vendors to meet project needs. Reporting out status of projects to ensure expectations are understood and met in dynamic environment. Scoping content requirements, resource needs, budget demands, and delivery timeframes.
• Best Practices: Staying current with digital marketing, industry trends, and best practices. Periodically researching and reporting on competitor activities that may impact overall business success. Suggesting innovative strategies to stay ahead of competition.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced, team environment. You have demonstrated skills with technology tools, project management, and campaign management preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.  You’re a lifelong learner with a Bachelor’s in marketing, advertising or related field and at least two (2) years of solid on-the-job experience including Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
