Primary Purpose:
In this position, you will serve as part of the Customer & Marketing Services Team, to lead, design and execute content marketing solutions, such as video production, website and social media management to support and promote ESC staff and programs. Your solutions will be user-focused, visually appealing and compelling. You will utilize emerging technologies to develop consistent, effective, professional communication messages that are aligned with the Center’s mission and core values.
Core Job Functions:
- Lead, plan and execute marketing strategies through multimedia and print, in supporting staff and/or external customers, through research, ideation, planning, design and modification of projects
- Provide video production, web management in content management system, email campaigns, graphic design, social media, presentations, templates and branded experiences.
- Manage external and internal website through CMS and Google sites, maintain documents, template and image libraries (quality control, modifying, updating and expanding as technology changes)
- Lead staff in consistent, effective, professional and branded communications, through presentations, training and work that includes copy, design and layout, graphic assets, etc.
- Assume other duties, such as serving as backup for the director and providing media relations and external customer communication services
Requirements:
- Expertise in video production, including storyboard creation, shooting, editing and distribution
- Experience in content marketing strategies, such as search engine optimization, outreach, conversion and retention
- Expertise in the production process for both web and print mediums, using the Adobe Creative Suite
- Consistently maintain positive attitude, dependability, enthusiasm and professional communication with internal and external clients

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree preferred in Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field of study; Bachelor’s required
- Ten years relevant experience creating engagement collateral (school communications a plus)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, including knowledge of AP writing
- Master experience in working with graphics software, including, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere, and/or Adobe After Effects
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, ability to track and report on multiple jobs in an organized manner
- Ability and desire to contribute to the team by providing leadership, support and completing assignments on deadline under own initiative
- Attention to detail, possess creativity and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and implement processes and procedures
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Experience using Canva and a project management system is a plus
- Training in user-centered design principles is a plus

- Work inside in open concept, collaborative workspaces, occasional evening or weekend events;
- Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress; pressure to meet deadlines and expectations of others
Samples of work or portfolio should be provided in the application. If selected for an interview, candidates will be asked to prepare materials for an assigned task, showing execution of communication and graphic/video design skills.
