What You’ll Do
We hope you have a cape handy. Here you’re a marketing superhero with the power to manage everything from email, social media, and content marketing to SEO and analytics. You work closely with your co-heroes to reach the end game. Here are a few of your strengths:
Client Liaison – You will help build, manage, and grow relationships and provide impeccable service to our clients. You will support the account manager as the primary liaison between the client and the agency as the main contact on all correspondence.
Email Marketing – You will support the email department by managing client requests and project calendars, agendas, and timelines while helping to proof and test email campaigns, manage CRM’s, compile and review reports, and assist with pitches and presentations.
Web & Digital – You will support new and ongoing website projects by helping to update and manage CMS’s, compile and review analytics, and monitor tracking mechanisms (Google, UTMs, etc.)
Social and Content Strategy – You will partner with creative strategists and collaborate across departments to develop and implement detailed content calendars across all platforms. This includes content creation, management of influencers, review and analysis of analytics, monitoring of channel engagement, and may at times require video or photo shoots managed by the marketing superhero.
Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or related field
· Digital marketing, social media, email management, and analytics knowledge
· Excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills
· Experience with written communication, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment that requires fast learning and flexible thinking
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as Google Docs
· Self-starter attitude and enthusiastic team player
· SEO, SEM, web, and paid digital media experience is a plus
