Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank are pleased to announce they have received formal regulatory approval for the establishment of River Run Bancorp, MHC as the singular, joint mutual holding company under which both banks will operate as separate, independent community banks. 

River Run will manage the shared services organization supporting both Newburyport Bank and Pentucket Bank. While both Banks maintain their independent, mutual community bank status, working in tandem under River Run provides scale to the organization. Working together under River Run provides greater opportunities for advanced products and services and operational efficiencies. This will establish River Run as a dominant, sustainable, independent, and full service mutual community banking partnership in the Northeastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire markets.  

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join the River Run Marketing team, supporting River Run and its subsidiary banks. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical prowess, and a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels.

Requirements

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence and engage with our target audience.
• Create compelling content, including text posts, images, and videos, and ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all social channels.
• Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

Website CMS Management

• Manage and update the organizations’ websites content using Content Management Systems (CMS). Create campaign landing pages, and optimize website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Implement best practices for web design, navigation, and functionality to enhance overall site effectiveness.

Email Marketing

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and promote products or services.
• Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other key performance metrics to optimize campaign performance.

Digital and Traditional Media Management

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels, including display advertising, PPC, print, and broadcast.
• Collaborate with media partners, agencies, and vendors execute placements and manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a digital marketing role. 
• Proficiency in social media management platforms, CMS tools, email marketing software, and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
