Position Details
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing and social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the outdoor and active lifestyle industry, as well as expertise in various digital marketing channels and tools. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, SMS.
- Assist in creating compelling, on-brand content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, ‘X’ or Twitter, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Manage and grow social media channels by scheduling and publishing content, engaging with followers, responding to messages, and monitoring comments and mentions.
- Manage and grow stores within social media platforms, such as TikTok Shop, Instagram and Facebook shop and Linkpop links.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media & digital campaigns and partnerships that align with brand initiatives and product launches.
- Strong understanding for transitioning social media to Social-Commerce; identify products that should be highlighted and present to the marketing team.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics of social media platforms to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all digital marketing channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide insights on new digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Stay knowledgeable of relevant regulations and best practices in digital marketing and ensure compliance.
