Qualified candidates should apply as soon as possible!Your responsibilities in this role- Inspire more insight and analysis into the effectiveness of CRM initiatives- Process take up of products/services through new channels to fall in line with business objectives- Impart clear communications to the customer that are relevant to their needs and life stage- Handle weekly reviews with key stakeholders, get budgetary sign off and report back on ROI- Look after to make sure that the CRM plan is executed on schedule and within budget- Develop, propose, establish, and oversee long-term digital marketing campaigns; along with spearheading short-term advertising and marketing solutions- In addition to guiding a team of digital specialists, you will lead the digital strategy- Support product and operational teams to identify key opportunities to advance the customer journey & experience
