The Digital Marketing Manager will strategize, plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and measure the company’s marketing and communications efforts under the direction of the Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will help us develop and promote our brand. They will oversee the creation of marketing collateral (digital, social, email, print) that delivers a clear brand message, ensuring we keep up with the timeline we set for the release of content across all channels.

While no day will be completely the same, you will execute daily responsibilities in these various functions:
- Support Sales and Marketing executives in organizing various projects.
- Conduct market research and employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).
- Compose and post all online content on the company website and social media accounts; monitor and maintain the company’s social media and online presence.
- Analyze and report various Marketing metrics, including but not limited to email, social media, website, trade show lead generation, etc.
- Coordinate and execute email campaigns, meet deadlines, follow timelines, and ensure uniformity of content/messaging.
- Develop creative messaging strategies to advertise the company's vision and products on social media platforms, websites, and other marketing collateral.
- Coordinate the publication of Vivacity’s quarterly e-newsletter and other email blasts as needed, maintaining compliance with all anti-spam
- Coordinate with team members to gather images, logos, stats, and content to use in various creative projects
- Other duties and responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills:
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extremely proficient with Google Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new and updated software.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Hands-on experience in using content management platforms like WordPress, Hootsuite, Wix, Hubspot, etc.
- Experience working on social media and email marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable of thinking creatively and analytically.
- Willingness to take challenges head-on and the courage to step up when others are reluctant to.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 15 pounds of brand merchandise as needed
