SUMMARY
As a Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns, manage brand awareness, and attract new clients. The Marketing Manager will work closely with key company executives and their marketing team to help drive company growth. The Marketing Manager should be very creative to enhance overall and product-level messaging, and develop collateral, presentations, company videos, and more.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the organization.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategy and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall company goals and develop product messaging, infographics, and content.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and manage project timelines for marketing initiatives.
- Improve and ensure a consistent brand image, style, voice, and story and oversee the creative team to develop and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations, etc.)
- Enhance the company website to communicate the brand message clearly. • Assist with the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Develop a video marketing strategy, including scripts and storyboards, for the company's products and coordinate with the video development team.
- Oversee the production of the company's "Inside Alivi" segment, including searching for guest speakers, hosting the segment, and supervising and approving the publishing and editing process.
- Attend industry conferences and events where Alivi is exhibiting and/or presenting.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, with experience in managed care preferred.
- Proficient with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development.
- Experience with video, podcast production.
- Experience with social media and campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
