We are expanding our marketing team and looking for an energetic and agile digital marketing specialist with B2B experience. This position has a path to a more senior manager role for the right candidate! Pay includes salary and bonus opportunities.

LED Lighting Supply is a supplier of LED lighting and poles for commercial, industrial and sports customers. We help our customers determine the products they need so that they can buy once and buy right. We are growing our marketing team to assist on initiatives to increase inbound leads. Pay will include salary bonus opportunities.

Paid Ads Strategy:

• Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

SEO Strategy:

• Assist in the execution of a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to implement on-page and off-page updates.

Email Marketing:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns.
• Develop segmented email lists and personalized content to increase engagement and conversions.
• Monitor email performance metrics and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.

Conversion Optimization:

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize landing pages and user journeys.
• A/B test various elements of campaigns to identify opportunities for improved conversion rates.
• Analyze user behavior data to make data-driven recommendations for conversion optimization.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Regularly monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
• Utilize analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Prepare regular reports for key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
