    FoundSM360 is seeking an Digital Account Manager who has an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this new role you’ll be hands-on in building and executing digital marketing strategy, while managing campaigns and key projects to ensure we are meeting client KPIs and also growing revenue for the agency.

    You are someone with a proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns focused on driving results. Your experience helps you identify opportunities and propose solutions that solve problems and achieve success for our clients.

    You are a proficient communicator with excellent writing and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You consider yourself a jack-of-all (digital) trades, with a specialized focus in paid media.

    // THE ROLE

    The Digital Account Manager role will help the agency to grow our business within new and existing client engagements, specializing in paid media. You’ll play an integral part of a highly talented team that is responsible for the revenue growth and client success in the 360 division.

    The Digital Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day paid media management of assigned client accounts. You will work alongside the FoundSM360 team to devise and execute marketing strategy, timelines, recommendations, etc.

    The Digital Account Manager will ensure projects are completed on time and meet client and internal expectations. You’ll interact with clients and vendors regularly through email, phone calls, or in-person meetings so your excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills will be valued and put to good use.

    // RESPONSIBILITIES & ROUTINE ACTIVITIES

    • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities with key decision makers and determining the appropriate approach for each designated client
    • Participate in initial discovery meetings with prospects and help build proposals and SOW’s for new business opportunities
    • Managing client projects from kick-off through completion and ensuring deliverables are on time and in scope
    • Interact with the agency’s different SME’s to help create and deliver the final product or plan
    • Manage and maintain excellent communication with clients and assist with client inquiries and problem resolution
    • Create solutions based on client needs using the full suite of paid media marketing tools
    • Maintain knowledge of best practices within paid media, CRO, UX and digital marketing, as well as key platforms
    • Lead client communication via email and client meetings and QBR presentations to summarize performance and present findings plus next steps
    • Contribute to thought leadership strategy via blogs, webinars, industry events (as necessary) and support new product launches and marketing campaigns
    • Remain up to date on industry trends and market opportunities to improve service delivery, alter vision or service portfolio
    • Maintain a high level of client knowledge by understanding media plans and how campaign performance can affect our clients’ overall business
    • Help to develop campaign strategy and road-mapping
    • Conduct keyword, audience and competitive research as needed
    • Execute and oversee paid search, paid social, display and other campaigns for multiple clients
    • Manage and maintain all digital media budgets, forecasting and pacing
    • Complete optimizations in a proactive manner to ensure each campaign meets or exceeds desired KPIs and specific goals
    • Manage external vendors assisting in paid media efforts
    • QA campaign settings, targeting, landing pages, ads and more
    • Extract campaign data, generate client reports, interpret and analyze results
    • Identify trends, wins and losses, and communicate to teams and clients
    • Manage campaign creative development process and manage client approvals
    • Improve and maintain internal and external documentation
    • Have regular meetings and interface with the client decision makers and influencers
    • Be responsible for execution and client satisfaction in all the services that are active within the account
    • Identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships to grow the account

    // REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
    • 3-5 years experience in the industry or related experience in marketing strategy, marketing consulting, or developing strategic projects
    • Google Ads Certifications in Search, Display, Video & Measurement
    • Demonstrated experience running engagements with clients and managing projects
    • Experience with various project types, including web, mobile, video and brand
    • Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and campaigns successfully
    • Broad campaign experience including digital demand generation
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides etc.) as well as Microsoft Office
    • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner
    • Strong analytical thought process, ability to interpret findings, and excellent QA skills
    • Understand how to properly analyze qualitative and quantitative data
    • Strong presentation, communication and writing skills
    • Inbound and outbound marketing experience

    • Working knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush
    • Experience in account based marketing
    • Experience in demand generation and marketing analytics
    • Experience in email marketing and content strategy
