A Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for:

• Developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, online reputation, drive traffic, generate leads, and maximize brand awareness.
• Managing and optimizing digital strategies across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, social media, display networks, SEO/SEM, addressable geo-fencing, and website.
• Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing initiatives.
• Creating compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, including website, blogs, email/text campaigns, and landing pages.
• Preparing complex correspondence on a variety of subject matters relating to marketing business; ensure accuracy of work.
• Maintaining positive relationships with vendors and contacts. 

Education/Experience

This role requires the following related education or equivalent combination of experience and training.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Proven experience working in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaigns and results-driven strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with web design principles and basic content management platforms is preferred.
• Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry developments, and best practices.
