Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager:
CEI Account Managers earn a base salary plus commissions, generally earning between $100,000 - 250,000 annually. The account manager position is an outside (or inside for the right candidate) sales position that creatively uses multiple prospecting tools to develop and acquire new accounts, within a defined geographic territory. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and the ability to self-manage. The account manager will be responsible for creating and presenting ideas and solutions to business professionals -- so high energy and an excitement for selling (with a positive attitude) is a must.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Generate new business using a variety of prospecting tools
· Schedule appointments, prepare presentations, proposals, demonstrate equipment
· Develop solutions that demonstrate value added benefits to customers
· Identify and properly qualify potential prospects and customers
· Listen and understand customer needs and requirements with high priority on customer satisfaction
· Maintain knowledge of company and competitor’s equipment
Qualifications:
· Relevant outside sales experience preferred
· Self-discipline with time and organization skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Independent self-starter with a strong work ethic
· A strong desire to win
· Enthusiasm and positive attitude
· Ability to perform under pressure and work well, both individually and in a team environment
· Exceptional customer service skills
