We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staffing Specialist to join our team. As a Staffing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within our organization. Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track progress
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specifications
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
- Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Staffing Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, including leveraging job boards, social media, networking, etc.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP or Paychex
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and succession planning is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct research and cold calling to identify potential candidates

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

• Columbus, GA 31901: Relocate before starting work (Required)
