Job Description

TradeNet is currently seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives. Successful candidates will have the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of our customers' organizations in a business-to-business setting. This position is responsible for assisting customers with selection of products, placing orders, price quotes and problem resolution to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our representatives may be asked to travel up to 10% travel to provide on-site sales presentations or to attend industry trade Shows and events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Answer customer questions regarding potential and existing orders; discusses job specifications, special handling, and other issues.

· Resolve customer concerns.

· Travels to industry trade shows and other events.

· Prepares quotes and recommends products based on the customer’s needs.

· Assists with any other duty as needed to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

· College degree or at least 2 years of related experience in customer service or sales.

· Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

· Ability to learn quickly from a combination of written materials, observation and on-the-job training.

· Experience in the direct mail or printing is a plus.

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
