Hours May Include: Mon - Fri 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m.

                                  Sat 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (may be required)

*Seasonal Banking Representatives should expect to work at various locations throughout Bucks County as needed.

 Hourly Rate: $17.20 plus premium pay for any Saturdays worked

Summary:**

Assists new and existing customers with prompt, efficient, accurate service by conducting teller transactions by receiving and paying out money, and keeping records of money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.  Responsible for providing operational support and exceptional customer service while maintaining essential controls and safeguards.  Floats to branch locations as assigned. 

Essential Functions:

• Greets and offers assistance to customers, potential customers, and employees upon entering premises.  Answers questions and assists in problem solving after researching the individual’s needs.   Performs follow-up customer service to ensure customers are fully satisfied and completely understand all products.  Promptly answers incoming calls to the branch and takes and returns phone messages with excellent customer service technique.
• Receives checks and cash for deposit. Pays out money only after obtaining current, verifiable identification of unknown customers, verifying endorsements and customer balances.  Enters customers' transactions into teller system to record transactions, and issues receipts.   Balances drawer at end of workday.
• Adheres to the First National Bank of Newtown’s policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one month’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
