Green Mountain Support Services Inc., an innovative agency committed to exceptional, person-centered supports is searching for a Direct Support Professionals to work with our participants throughout Central and Northern Vermont.

DSPs aid clients in their own home/programs and in the community. DSPs are a positive role model and help identify social, economic, recreational, and educational services and work with a Team to offer help and guidance to ensure the best support is offered to the participant.

We have an ongoing need for support professionals across the state and generally have openings for full time and part time supports.

Extensive background checks will be completed before hire. A valid drivers’ license and high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Full time hours are eligible for all company benefits.

Part time hours are eligible for Employee Assistance program, Workers Compensation, and Paid time off.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
