 As a Customer Insights & Experience Analyst Intern, you will support multiple research teams to help drive a deeper understanding of our target consumer. You will support our Voice of Customer and Consumer Insights programs by working on projects with our leaders in those areas. You will own and execute one research project specific to Gen Z and you will support our Competitive Manager with a number of competitive intelligence projects. Throughout your time with the CIX Team, you will learn about the fundamentals of customer experience and how customer insights can drive real business value.

This role reports to Brand Insight and Designs Department

• Help in the creation, analysis, and reporting of BAU research in support of PODs
• Review and categorization of historical research (for Self-Service initiative)
• Participate in customer interviews
• Assist with competitive tracking
• Special project on Gen Z financial services habits and preferences. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools (esp. Excel and PowerPoint); market research/survey methodology expertise. Analysis, writing, and critical thinking skills. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
