Center Director- Experience in a child care center required. You will oversee the operations of the center. You will manage your team, ultimately providing the highest quality of care and education. You must have an understanding of licensing and Step Up to Quality requirements and maintain or improve the star rating. You will manage payroll, scheduling and retention as well as other job duties. We require a Center Director to have 3 years of administrative experience in an ODJFS center along with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in ECE or a Bachelor degree in education or a related field. This is a full-time salaried position.
