Director of Total Quality Deployment jobs in Indiana

Director of Total Quality Deployment deploys total quality operational excellence policies and programs within an organization. Develops master plans, timelines, and budget allocation for implementation. Being a Director of Total Quality Deployment forms and guides cross functional teams. Additionally, Director of Total Quality Deployment utilizes Six Sigma/Lean methodologies and typically is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing or similar area. Typically reports to senior management. The Director of Total Quality Deployment manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Director of Total Quality Deployment typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • Position Summary:

    • Serve as liaison between the member and the credit union.
    • Provide information to members and potential members by phone or in person, including information on the full range of credit union products and services.
    • Open accounts for members, assist members having difficulties with account, and interview and process members requesting account closures.
    • Processing members request for a variety of loan products.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome members and visitors to the credit union in a professional manner.
    • Represent the credit union to members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient and accurate service.
    • Provide in-person and by-telephone general and specific service-related information concerning credit union products or policies.
    • Respond to all e-mail or other electronic requests submitted by members, providing professional, prompt, efficient and accurate service and information.
    • Respond to members’ requests, problems, and complaints, resolving issues, and/or directing them to the appropriate person for specific information and assistance.
    • Assist Supervisor of Member Services to handle more complex questions and problems for other Member Service Representatives.
    • Open new accounts and services.
    • Assist members in completing all necessary paperwork.
    • Set up new account files and provide members with all necessary information for membership.

    Member Service Advisor / Personal Banker

    • Promote credit union products and services based on member needs that are obtained from member interviews during account openings.
    • Actively cross-sell products to develop the member relationship.
    • Assist, process requests and disburse loans from new or existing members for all lending products.
    • Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services. Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all related policies and procedures, rules and regulations.
    • Interview and processes all members requesting account closing.
    • Actively attempt to save account and increase member satisfaction.
    • Data entry of new check cards in to our third-party vendor.
    • Conduct courtesy calls to all new members within one week of a member opening a new account or service.
    • Complete other duties as assigned.

    Offers paid holidays, PTO (paid time off), 401K, medical, dental, vision insurance, and monthly incentives ($800 maximum) to Team members.

    Position Requirements:

    • High school education or equivalent
    • 1-2 years general banking experience
    • 1-2 years of consumer loan processing experience
    • Cross selling and consultative sales experience preferred
