    They are a Part 125 Air Cargo Services provider that specializes in transporting auto parts, heavy equipment, and other cargo across the United States and other locations. They have a fleet of three Boeing 737-300F Freighters and one Boeing 727-200 Tri-Jet Freighter, and their pilot bases or domiciles are located at KTOL - Toledo Express Airport/Swanton, OH.

    Job Description:
    They are seeking a skilled and experienced Director of Quality Control to oversee the quality assurance and control process for our Part 125 Cargo Operation. The Director of Quality Control will be responsible for ensuring that our cargo operations meet and exceed all FAA regulations and guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and safety.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain an effective quality control system for our Part 125 Cargo Operation
    • Implement and maintain all FAA regulations and guidelines related to cargo operations
    • Ensure all cargo handling procedures are performed in a safe and effective manner
    • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure the highest level of quality and safety
    • Train and manage a team of quality control inspectors and auditors to ensure that all processes are being followed correctly
    • Conduct regular audits to identify any non-conformance issues and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality control processes are integrated into all aspects of cargo operations
    • Review and update quality control manuals and procedures as needed
    • Provide regular reports to upper management on the status of quality control processes and performance
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering, or related field
    • At least 5 years of experience in a quality control role in aviation, with experience in Part 125 Cargo Operations
    • Knowledge of FAA regulations and guidelines related to cargo operations
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
