    About the Position
    The director's function is to ensure the quality and completeness of the production and to lead the members of the creative team into realizing their artistic vision for it. The director collaborates with a team of creative individuals and other staff to coordinate research and work on all the aspects of the production which includes the Technical and the Performance aspects. The director runs all rehearsals for the production and sets the blocking and choreography for the production.

    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
    • Experience working as a stage director
    • Experience working with a diverse groups, including a commitment to cultivating environments that are equitable and inclusive of diverse social identities and backgrounds
