Job Title: Photography Sales Specialist

Location: Temecula, CA

Weekends Required: Friday-Sunday

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Photography Sales Specialist to join our team at Star Pictures LLC. As a Photography Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in capturing memorable moments for our customers and driving sales through upselling personalized frames. This is a Friday-Sunday job so it is perfect for motivated students. If you have a passion for photography, excellent communication skills, and a flair for sales, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

1. Photography Expertise:

- Capture high-quality photographs of customers and capture their memories. *We will teach you how to use the camera. You don't need photography experience*

-Use computer software to print out the photos of the customer and put them in a frame to upsell in a fast-paced environment.

-Keep up on sales. We have a minimum amount of sales that you have to hit on certain days. It will be doable for the most motivated people.

-Try to hit commission on sales!

2. Sales and Upselling:

- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs.

- Present and promote various framing options for their photographs.

- Upsell personalized frames, showcasing the added value of preserving their memories stylishly and uniquely.

3. Customer Interaction:

- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- The best way for sales is to show enthusiasm toward the customer.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the framing options available and articulate the benefits to customers.

Qualifications:

- 16 years old

- Previous experience in photography and sales is preferred. *NOT REQUIRED*

- Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with upselling.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment

-Know how to use a computer
