MMRO's Claims Liaison is responsible for the operational support for disability claims. This task requires proficiency in administrative/clerical work including faxing, scanning, mailing, making phone calls and organizing claims. Being tech savvy and organized is crucial. This role works closely with the nurse assigned to the case.
Experience that will help you excel in this role: organization, detail oriented, familiarity with medical terminology, scheduling medical appointments, customer service experience and medical office experience.
If you have industry knowledge of disability claims, workers comp, short term disability, long term disability or medical claims, that is beneficial.
