Develops and executes testing processes to validate the disaster recovery plans and identify the plans' weaknesses and failure points. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Analyst confirms all action plans are documented, communicated, and understood by all stakeholders in the organization. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Recovery Centers of America at Danvers is currently hiring part time and full-time Recovery Counselor to join our team! This opportunity is day shift hours, with a weekend shift required.
Position Overview
The Recovery Counselor provides support to enhance the quality of patient care by working directly with the patients in a treatment setting and collaboratively as a member of the program's multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for collaborating with the CSS clinical team with direct clinical patient care by providing support and guidance to patient to promote engagement and continuity of care. Working in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team, you will help provide a safe and therapeutic treatment experience for the patients served.
