Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mitigation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of mitigation experience, possess IICRC WRT Certification, and be familiar with Xactimate software. Additionally, they must excel in customer service and communication, and have proven capabilities in team leadership and training. A positive attitude and efficient time management are key for this position.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee all aspects of the mitigation process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
· Utilize Xactimate software to accurately estimate project costs and communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies.
· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Lead and motivate a team of mitigation technicians, providing guidance, training and support as needed.
· Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes and overall job efficiency.
· Maintain thorough documentation of project activities through various company software.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in residential and commercial mitigation.
· IICRC WRT Certification (Water Damage Restoration Technician).
· Familiarity with Xactimate software.

· Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
· Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
