Disaster Recovery Director leads the development of a comprehensive business continuity strategy and programs, plans, and toolsets that support response, develop resiliency, and enable recovery from events that disrupt business operations. Establishes a framework and methodology to manage all business continuity life cycle activities, including risk assessment, business impact analysis, strategy development, implementation, testing and review, plan maintenance and updates. Being a Disaster Recovery Director leads periodic review, validation, and workflow testing of documented business continuity plans. Develops and implements organization-wide training and communications. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Director supports internal audits and regulatory exams of compliance with required regulations. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. May require the Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar BCP certification. Typically reports to top management. The Disaster Recovery Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Disaster Recovery Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Clinical Director shall oversee all clinical and designated administrative activities for the Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) San Diego START Program. The Clinical Director works in conjunction with Exodus management and the START Program. The Clinical Director will administer assessments, guide case management tasks and multidisciplinary functions.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    PH.D. in psychology and licensed by the state’s/province’s Psychology Board. Extensive experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), specifically with people who have IDD and behavioral health needs. Experience developing and implementing positive behavior support plans preferred. Must be a certified coordinator or can complete the START Coordinator certification process within 6-12 months of hiring.

    For some START programs, a full-time clinical director is a master’s level clinician with a minimum of 7 years’ clinical experience working with individuals with MH/DD. In these situations, supervision and consultation from a clinical psychologist (Ph.D. required) must be available. This is an exception and must be approved by the Center for START services.

    EDUCATION:

    • Graduate of a master or doctoral psychology or social work program. Licensed MFT, LCSW, PsyD, PhD
    • Current CA license and continuing education for maintenance of license as applicable
    • Current CPR Certification required and current CPI Certification preferred

    Commensurate with experience.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
