Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Develops service level recovery standards and agreements with vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disaster Recovery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Disaster Recovery Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     POSITION OVERVIEW:

    The primary responsibility of the Counselor position is to serve our mission by delivering compassionate, ethical, and quality care to our patients and to execute the day-to-day clinical activities in accordance with internal policies, and federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern Northpoint. The Counselor will provide individual, group and family therapy for assigned patients, as required by contractual and licensure obligations. In tandem with our multidisciplinary team, you are entrusted to ensure that the highest degree of quality care will always be provided to our patients. Our clinical staff have a unique opportunity for professional growth and make a significant difference in the lives of many through their work with our diverse patient population.

    THE MUST HAVES:

    • Master’s Degree of Mental Health, Social Sciences or commensurate experience required
    • Current, unencumbered, active substance abuse or mental health licensure to practice as a Counselor in the state where treatment services are rendered, at hire and for the entire duration of employment
    • LIMHP, LMHP, LADC, or LPC preferred. License-eligible individuals are encouraged to inquire about opportunities for those working towards licensure
    • Current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification
    • Knowledge of computer and EMR systems
    • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
    • Enthusiasm, passion for working with people, and internal drive to improve the lives of individuals in our care
    • We love new grads! However, two (2) years of experience as a Counselor with one (1) year of inpatient/residential experience would really dazzle us!!
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as professional reference checks
    • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, feel, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear

    Job Type: PRN

    Compensation:

    • $29.00 to $41.00 per hour
