Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Develops service level recovery standards and agreements with vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disaster Recovery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Description:
House Manager (Volunteer role)
Lehua House Manager will be a live-in-person (rent-free) environment that is secure, comfortable, and secure for residents. Located in the Castle Hills area.
This position is a volunteer role with the expectation of living on-site.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Monitor client’s rooms and common area for contraband and general cleanliness.
· Ensure that all residents properly respect and maintain common areas (especially kitchen, bathrooms, living room, movie room).
· Monitor that residents are following house rules including curfew.
· Observe and report any unusual behavior or potential areas of conflict between residents.
· Monitor proper use and functioning of appliances and other household equipment. Observe any unusual activities that may pose a safety or nuisance issue for the clients or neighbors.
· Maintain inventory of all household supplies (i.e., cleaning supplies, cooking utensils, furniture, household keys, etc.)
· Prepare bedrooms for all new residents entering the home (i.e., clean linens, dresser drawers, bedroom cleanliness, etc.)
· Review program and house rules with all new residents and ensure client compliance with house rules.
· Welcome and introduce new clients to all existing residents.
· Communicate in a culturally sensitive manner as our client population is diverse.
· Assign household chores to residents.
· Ensure that clients are not using medications in any way other than prescribed. Doing so by completing medication count with new residents upon move-in. Then reserving the right to perform a med count at random.
· Administer Urinalysis as needed when suspecting inappropriate or illicit drug use.
· Collect cash/check/money order for rent as needed. Will be collected by Regional Director of Operations or Regional IOP Director on a weekly basis.
·Conduct weekly house meetings residents.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Has obtained a high school diploma or G.E.D
· Experience in sober living
· Trauma care experience (preferred)
