Disaster Recovery Manager manages the design, implementation, and communication of business continuance and disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases, information systems, and technology. Conducts risk analysis to identify critical operations and systems that are core to continued business operations in the event of a disruption. Being an Disaster Recovery Manager monitors and tests the plans and back up systems. Manages the contracts with required vendors for off-site and other resources required for business continuation and recovery. Additionally, Disaster Recovery Manager develops and deploys training, documentation, and communication of disaster procedures to the organization. Develops service level recovery standards and agreements with vendors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Disaster Recovery Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Disaster Recovery Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    Manage programming ( Resident schedule, activities, community service), develop working relationships with Residents. Develop working relationships with and supervise direct care staff.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

    1. Management of after work hours activities, AA,NA and other necessary meetings. Mentors may not drive personal vehicles to these support meetings. Mentors will drive or ride in the van and be a present example for other clients.  
    2. Respond to all program related incidents and review each incident during the shift it has taken place. Work with staff on completing incident reports when an incident and or emergency arise. Report must be filed within 24hrs. Coordinate with the office manager to ensure incident reports are sent within the mandated time frame and to the required persons. 
    3. Report incidents to Supervisors
    4. Work with Supervisors to file grievances promptly.  
    5. Work with the Administrative  to verify contact log information is current. 
    6. Develop a chore schedule for  clients to follow.
    7. Communicate with Mentors and Apprentices daily to stay abreast on day to day operations.
    8. Perform room inspections when needed to verify residents are complying 

    with the program rules and maintaining a healthy and clean environment. 

    1. Perform contraband searches of all clients' bedrooms, closets, and personal 

    space, on a weekly basis while maintaining a level of respect for client's belongings. 

    1. Responsible for role playing effective use of skills  with staff as needed to 

    help maintain program fidelity.

    1. Communicate respectfully with residents.  
    2. 12. Assist in transporting clients to appointments. 
    3. Attend weekly training. 
    4. Work under the direction of the Program Director/ Clinical Director, in continuing to improve the program. 
    5. Administer medications at designated med times (6:00 AM  and 9:00 PM). 
    6. Be awake and present for the morning 20/20/20 group Monday thru Friday 

    at 6:00 am. 

    1. Do morning and nightly chore verification. After clients have completed 

    their respective chores please double check them for completeness. Approach 

    assigned leadership about any touch ups needed and follow up that leadership 

    follows through.

    1.  Assign clients breakfast and dinner prep days. Ensure the menu is being followed and portions are appropriate. Ensure food is not being wasted.
    1. Perform random or spontaneous UA testing on Monday / Wednesday / 

    Friday and as you feel appropriate. Each client should be tested at a minimum of one time a week.
