Job Summary
The Brokerage Operations Manager will oversee the customer interactions and sales team for all Florida operations in a non-warehouse, non-asset environment. They will work closely with the team members to ensure fulfillment of all tracking and brokerage requirements. They will facilitate and monitor for effective communication, both internally with the sales team and directly with carriers based on shipping requirements. The Brokerage Operations Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all contractual requirements are reviewed, acknowledged and supported.
