We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized, Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital support to our daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.

Responsibilities:

• · Handle incoming tasks and correspondence and redirect them, as necessary.
• · Assign and coordinate tasks to inspectors and guest specialists
• · Act as the point person for handling guest issues

Requirements:

• · Previous vacation rental experience is preferred!
• · Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• · Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• · Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• · Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
