Dispatchers work in an office environment; candidates must be familiar with Microsoft and possess basic computer skills. Experience with McLeod software is a plus.

Experience with problem-solving, recognizing, and understanding priorities, and demonstrating good judgment and decision-making is important. As part of the dispatch team, you will seek guidance as necessary from teammates and the Dispatch Leader, offering suggestions and implementing solutions to individual problems that arise.
Compensation: Annual salary starting at $42,000 (depending on experience). Potential quarterly incentive bonus paid.
