Responsibilities of Our Next Dispatcher:

• Learn the business and gain proficiency in scheduling.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by communicating detailed and accurate information to our field technicians.
• Work independently with a focus on quality.
• Participate in daily huddles and training to foster professional growth.
• Keep customers informed throughout the day about the technician’s progress.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, allowing you to choose your days of the month and earn extra cash effortlessly.

Requirements for Our Next Dispatcher:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching is required.
• Scheduling experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in residential home services is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills; strong typing ability; familiarity with phone systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of handling challenging situations with ease and empathy.
