Full job description
We are looking for a Dispatcher that will help manage emergency and non-emergency HVAC service calls. Service requests will be received through phone or email, and you will be responsible to dispatch the soonest available technician while matching their skill set and current location to that service request. This position will work closely with management and customers to ensure quality and timely customer service while protecting Automated Mechanicals interests.
