In this role, you will be responsible for restoring, repairing, and refinishing damaged vehicles, including classic car restoration. Key Responsibilities:

Auto Body Repair:

• Perform a comprehensive assessment of vehicle damage and develop a repair plan.
• Repair and replace damaged body parts and structural components, including those of classic cars.
• Align vehicle panels and gaps.
• Welding, cutting, and shaping vehicle components as necessary.
• Ensure the quality of repairs and adherence to safety standards.

Painting and Refinishing:

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking.
• Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications, especially for classic cars with specific finishes.
• Apply and sand filler and glaze.
• Paint and clear coat to achieve a flawless finish.
• Inspect and polish painted surfaces to meet quality standards.
• Manage and maintain paint equipment and materials.

Quality Control:

• Conduct thorough post-repair inspections to identify any defects or imperfections.
• Address any issues or imperfections promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and paint jobs.

Classic Car Restoration:

• Utilize your expertise in classic car restoration techniques and materials.
• Restore classic vehicles to their original splendor, paying attention to historical accuracy and detail.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other team members, including estimators and other technicians, to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician and Painter.
• Proficiency in repairing and painting vehicles, including knowledge of different paint types and application methods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in an automotive repair shop.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
