Position Overview

Provides software application support to work group and large user base by performing software application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and training for internal applications issues. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of software applications used within the company.

Job Responsibilities

Interfacing with lead software application engineers and application users to determine requirements.

Configuring software applications per user requirements.

Performing software application testing.

Providing user training.

Daily interaction with lead engineer and various internal application users.

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience are required.

0 2 years' experience required.

B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or other technical degree related to computer systems or software engineering.

New graduates will be considered for this role.

Technical Skills are required.

Strong understanding of programming languages, preferably Python, Perl, or Javascript.

Technical support experience interfacing with diverse user base.

Software testing experience.

Proficient with Office software applications.

Technical Skills Desired

Experience developing Web applications.

Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, especially user authentication.
