Job Overview: Our Sales Manager will be responsible for making sales calls, lead generation, expansion of our sales facets and engaging with our clients. The Sales Manager will be in charge of managing organizational sales and assisting clients in project procurement, understanding solar products, and coordinating with our clients to ensure we are hitting our sales targets. In order to succeed in this role, the sales manager must show sales knowledge, attention to detail and client retention skill sets.
Sales Manager duties and responsibilities: ●Work with Operations & Logistics Manager to ensure all materials are delivered to the job site in a timely manner.
●Gain new and manage current sales accounts and clients. ●Maintain and increase sales pipeline. ●Meet and exceed sales goals and must have ability to implement creative sales strategies. ●Prospect new accounts, expand and grow sales and marking efforts. ●Creates progress reports accurately to submit for review. ●Plan, strategize and develop key relationships with clients with the ability to travel. ●Assist in the development and implementation of Sunrgy's Sales/ Marketing Programs. ●Generate Bill of Materials for clients while upselling additional products. ●Generate new sales leads and fulfill the closing process for clients. ●Promoting the organization and products. ●Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
Education: ●High School Diploma or Equivalent
Qualifications: ●Ability to apply common sense understanding and great customer service. ●Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional variables. ●Experience using basic computer software ●Strong math skills ●Must be able to multi-task, have good decision-making skills, and work with minimal supervision. ●Must be able to meet or exceed production goals, follow procedures, and adhere to quality requirements. ●Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ●Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ●Requires travel at least 30% ●Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. ●Must have great customer service skills and attention to detail. ●Must have Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ●Must be able to work well with others and perform in a teamwork environment. ●Ability to multitask and determine structural organization.
