Supreme is hiring a full time clerk to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The clerk is an integral member of the team, responsible for maintaining the customer database by entering new and updated information.

Clerk Duties & Responsibilities:

• Delivers clear and concise responses to inbound inquiries
• Operates a variety of equipment
• Prioritizes tasks using effective time management skills
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Follows through to ensure that all customers are handled in a timely manner
• Gathers and enters information into the crm system, and maintain all data and records relative to shipping activities
• Assists in resolving any discrepancies
• •Communicates effectively via various modalities
• Document information on appropriate forms
• •Other tasks as assigned

Clerk Minimum Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Knowledge and understanding of our organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
• Possess good communication skills (Verbal and Written)
• Possess excellent time management skills
• Ability to maintain a neat and organized work environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule from Monday thru Friday
• Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment
