Division Budget Manager directs and controls the budget and financial forecasting activities for a division, product, or business line. Leads the budgeting process for annual, quarterly, and monthly budget development. Being a Division Budget Manager develops budgetary policies and guidelines to optimize the budget. Incorporates past financial results into budget development. Additionally, Division Budget Manager monitors and analyzes performance against budgets. Implements tools and reporting used for planning, forecasting, monitoring, and decision support. May require a MBA. Typically reports to a director. The Division Budget Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Division Budget Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Essential Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the branch offices
    • Interview and select division branch personnel
    • develop and maintain customer relations
    • Evaluate branch performance an d advise branch manager on corrective action, if required
    • Ensure account gain and loan volume for division
    • Confirm compliance of state and federal lending procedures
    • Minimize delinquent debt by ensuring appropriate lending and collection procedures
    • Confirm compliance with company record-keeping
    • Resolve any customer/employee grievances

    Job Requirements:

    Completion of training period as Manager or previous Cash Advance experience. Knowledge of State and Federal lending regulations. Valid State driver’s license and acceptable driver’s record. Access to reliable transportation for use in employment. Ability to travel frequently with overnight stays. Computer literate and able to operate a ten-key calculator.

    Educational Requirements:

    High School diploma or equivalent.
